Fritz did that with grad transfers at Tulane. He did it more for ‘locker room’ leadership rather than on field. It did seem to help.

I know a couple of city of New Orleans employees and I (seriously) don’t know how that department will handle any cuts or employees missing days. Had lunch with them several months ago and they were begging me to come over there. Teedy really messed that city up.
