Why can’t NIL contracts be terminated midseason?

If coaches suck at their jobs, they get fired. If I suck at my job, I get fired. These millionaire sweetboys sign these NIL contracts and have no urgency to perform. Why can’t they be fired like anybody else on the staff? These bums aren’t even qualified to work at Amazon.

Coaches still get paid out if they are fired. The question is, why is he still seeing the field?

You still have to pay coaches after they get fired. You can’t bench a coach either. You can bench players.
