Shreveport has a black guy named Williams running for Mayor who spent a year in prison for fraud. He was convicted on 11 counts and is now campaigning that he was not guilty.
If he wins I think Bossier home buying will go up even more.

Saw the pics of the rings on WWL. One was of her hands while she was getting a pedicure. For help that woman who had to trim them hooves. Her hands looked pretty rough post manicure. Can only imagine what those feet looked like.
