Has anyone played this yet? Just released today and is overwhelming positive on Steam. Just purchased but have yet to play it because I am finishing the terrible DLC Borderlands plopped out.
IGN gave it a 6 and is getting blasted yet again for an embarrassing review. Will post video in the reply.

I played the intro and part of the first level. Plays great on quality mode on the Series X. Looks fantastic and gives you some video/audio options to make it a clean black and white filter or more gritty. Great audio and jazz tracks.
1930's comic style with doom style gameplay. It's pretty linear so far, tons of stuff to collect. One did require a little backtrack. Lockpicking seems easy at first but you will start getting more difficult ones that have a limited amount of moves. Miss it and there is no second chance, unless you roll back to a previous save.

Glad you posted this, I was kind of on the fence after reading the IGN review, but the PC Gamer review calls it a "bona fide classic".
I think I'm gonna give it a shot!

I hate FPS titles but this looks like a lot of fun.
The art style of Cuphead was groundbreaking as a side-scroller. To take that type of format to a bloody FPS looks fun.
