Is Pearson seriously the only option with a Bat that can play 3rd?

I haven’t watched all of the games this year but the ones I have he seems to be due minimum 1 error a game either fielding or a terrible throw.

He’s no gold glover. But I think he has improved. I think his transfer is a litttle slow, but he can improve.

Yes, this was previewed. The infield defensively was going to be worse than last year.

I think it’s time to play all the young guys. Especially the young infielders

I’ve seen him bounce pass quite a few throws to first also so I don’t see the confidence a true 3rd baseman would normally have.

He’s improved, but it’s still not very good. And with his defensive performances he needs to be batting .300 at least to justify it. And he’s just not. So what’s the point

John’s doing the best he can. He’s not an SEC starter, that’s not on him.

Definitely agree with this. Just saying from a pure baseball team standpoint. They bleed purple and gold which is always good to have around the program.
