Arms were sent byway of Kurds, Kurds kept most if not all of them.
Parts of the populace have found other ways to get their hands on guns after the first wave of bombs.
The powers that be over the conflict definitely didn’t predict your concern. It was totally unexpected & they’re totally unprepared. Someone should panic about it.

And those that do don’t actually give a shite whether, when or how it happens
Anymore than they gave a shite when we puked all over ourselves in the process of leaving Afghanistan.
They only care about one thing
If orange man is for it, we agin it. Even if Orange man is not “for it” we will make shite up if we think it will reflect badly on Orange man.
