Baton Rouge police announced two arrests in a high-profile case that shocked the community — the 2022 shooting death of 3-year-old Devin Page Jr.
Police announced the arrests during a press conference on Tuesday afternoon.
The arrests come four years and nine days after the anniversary of Devin’s death.
Maybe they will eventually find who killed Allie Rice?

One of the shooters was a minor at the time so they can’t release his name.
He is also locked up now PENDING trial for a separate murder.

4 years later and he’s still a minor? They should release his name as he’s probably an adult now.
