It's not an extra tendon, it's that they were hunter-gatherers much later in history than white people were, so they adapted to be more athletic.

sasha kaun sucked at free throws btw, and kansas was also notoriously poor at free throw shooting last year.
fwiw, i hate that we have so many white guys, but cole aldrich doesn't count, bc he is a fricking stud.
