Are the fish whole, or chopped up?
I've seen them chopped up before serving at Whole foods at the grill, but also whole recently.

Why do you say he doesnt have a plan? I went last night and it was great. Awesome atmosphere. The Tooheys was cold and the Fish tacos were perfect.

My boy used to work a grill there at the little cafe spots. I saw him making them for the order before us.
Grilled the tilapia, chopped it all up, then put on soft tortillas for tacos. Don't remember much more, but they looked good. Was that how you had them?

At Dingo's it's mahi cut in strips or chunks if you will...grilled I think...not chopped up. I was surprised to find that I liked 'em.
Been back again, got the bacon cheeseburger. Dingo's has now officailly pasted the "BASICS" Test...they do a GOOD burger.
Get the OOOEEE Sauce for you wedges(fries).

Yes.
The tilapia should have been my first red flag but I decided to give it a shot anyhow.
The fish was chopped, severely overcooked, and covered in a can of Tony's. The mango salsa they they put on it needs some serious work, and the red cabbage has no flavor what so ever(they would probably be better making a slaw with the cabbage and nixing the salsa all together.)
I don't know who thought any of those flavor profiles would taste good together but man, they were the absolute worst fish tacos I've ever had.

Nice to see you there this evening, JBS! I had two different soups for dinner. I had the Tomato Basil and Chicken Chili. Both were delicious. I like how the chili is almost all meat and almost ZERO beans.

The fish is Mahi not talapia. Its cut into strips not chunks. Mine was awesome! Keep eating your Taco Bell tacos and let us enjoy some fresh fish ones.

I think he was talking to Opie about the fish tacos at whole foods that were made from talapia and how bad they were
