Anyone ever heard of this stuff?

While in Houston last week, LSUSis made a salad with this stuff, I found it at the Target on Millerville yesterday.

She used:

Spinach
Pecans
1 Red Onion
Fetta Cheese
Fresh Strawberries
Brianna's Blush Wine



FYI, this stuff is made in Brenham, Tx. same town as Blue Bell Ice Cream.

my wife makes this salad occasionally (it requires no cooking, she doesn't cook, thus her fondness for it... ). it is simple and delicious. i'm not sure what kind of salad dressing she uses but the stuff you posted looks great.

I make that same salad, but I use poppy seed dressing. I'll have to try it with the Brian's.
