Considering switching from a Yankee fan to a Met fan

My reasoning: The DH rule is for pussies, and I won't root for pussies.

If you are even considering something like this, then you weren't a fan to begin with. It's the Mets man.

My thought is that you were born in 1980, and the DH rule was started in 1973.
I guess what you're really trying to say is that now that the Yankees don't win the World Series every other year, you are ready to jump ship.

Ironic--the most recent team to play in Manhattan was the Mets, who played at the Polo Grounds while Shea was being built.
My fandom never has anything to do with how fair the weather is. It's about interpretation of Man Law and nothing else.

I agree with the sabrematricians and moneyballers that anyone bunting is stupid.
