Just spent about 30 talking to Johnny DeAngelo. He's got the place looking good, and is going to be opening next week.
He's super excited about opening, and he's gonna be serving WINGS there too! (I'm teaching him how to cook them buffalo style Monday) They'll be like the Anchor bar in BUFFALO NY. Naked, huge, saucy, and real chunky bleu cheese dressing.
He's got the chairs in, the tables up, and the kitchen complete.
Should be awesome during lunch to get a slice out of the drive through window!

Hubby will be happy. He is from Upstate NY and Anchor style is the only way he will eat them.

Hell yes Opie! One thing he definitely was missing at the old place was some good appetizers. I am freakin stoked about this.
I know it's wrong, but the comment about the locals liking the breaded ones cracks me up.

Johnny is stoked too! And the comment about locals, didn't come out as I intended, aww shite, I'm just gonna leave it alone.

opie, i got some wings tonight, i wish they were more saucey. they tasted great, but i didnt even need to use napkins.

I'll make up for it next time you come in, I personally just called the guys and changed the recipe to add 50% more sauce. Thanks for the heads up!
