All I have to say is that all year this team has been resilient and tonight they ran into an outstanding pitching performance. All of us here are frustrated, upset and hungry for the 6th National Championship for our program.
Just remember that our team is probably triple the frustration, pretty upset and extremely hungry.
I believe in you Tigers. End this wonderful season tomorrow night with a victory for the ages and bring back the Gorilla ball just 1 more time baby.

It's almost like they weren't completely focused tonight. Like they were banking on having another chance tomorrow night.

That's not an excuse. Texas had to go through it, too. They were also playing with their backs against the wall, while LSU wasn't.

i think the rain delay played a part because u know texas had 2 b tight and worried because no matter what the pressure is on them because they are Texas and their coach is the winningest n history. Rain delays are a funny thing to deal with n baseball
