I just had some for lunch! I use gas so on med flame until it flakes...

just smoked some at 350f with butter, garlic, and Lea/perrins.... for about 25 min... turned out great

It totally depends on the grill and how thick the filets are. Baste them frequently and set your goal for an undercooked one rather than an overcooked one.
