just smoked some at 350f with butter, garlic, and Lea/perrins.... for about 25 min... turned out great

I have been smoking a pork shoulder for a few hours and just decided to do the fish for lunch... really good

It totally depends on the grill and how thick the filets are. Baste them frequently and set your goal for an undercooked one rather than an overcooked one.
