If it sounded like Jurassic, then it would be Duh-RASS-ick, not ROSS

How does a kid from New Iberia get a last name that sounds as if he's from the upper peninsula of Michigan?

his family is from texas, but i think before that they were from up north.

hes a few years younger than me but i know his family.
