Southern - Cajun Field 6 PM Sept. 5
Kansas St. - Cajun Field 6 PM Sept. 12

Louisiana State - Tiger Stadium 6 PM Sept. 19
Nebraska - Lincoln, Nebraska 6 PM Sept. 26
North Texas - Cajun Field 6 PM Oct. 10
Western Kentucky - Bowling Green, Ky 6 PM Oct 17
Florida Atlantic - Cajun Field 4 PM Oct 24(homecoming)
Florida International - Miami, Fl 11 AM Oct 31
Arkansas St - Jonesboro, Ark 2:30 PM Nov 7
Middle Tennessee - Murfreesboro, Tenn. 3:15 PM Nov 14
ULM - Cajun Field 6 PM Nov 21
Troy - Cajun Field 6 PM Nov 28 (Senior Day)

I'm predicting that the game against Troy on November 28 will have a lot to do with who wins the Sun Belt.

Projected starters - Offense
QB - Chris Masson 6'2 211 So. (RS)
RB - Undrea Sails 5'7 207 Sr. I think Draylon Booker will unseat him
FB - Geoffrey McCullough 5'11 217 Sr.
WR - Louis Lee 5'11 190 Sr. Marlin Miller 5'11 185 Jr. Richie Falgout and Pierre Hill will be used a lot as well, with some juco transfers mixed in
TE - Ladarius Green 6'6 229 So.
LT - Kyle Pirtle 6'6 311 Sr.
LG - Brad Bustle 6'3 302 Sr.
C - Chris Fisher 6'3 285 Sr.
RG - Ian Burks 6'4 295 Jr.
RT - Jonathan Decoster 6'5 305 Jr.

The offensive line will be our strong point again, look for the Cajuns to rush for over 250 yards against Southern. The Cajuns will either go 7-5 or 6-6, in my expert opinion.

I'll preview the defense when I have more time.

Good news, Southern's band will do a tribute to Michael Jackson at halftime of the game.

I haven't seen the lines but you would be wise to bet on Red, brother.

UL will beat Southern on the field, but Southern fans will outnumber the UL fans in the stands.

4-8, 5-7 Best hope.

Fenroy willed ULL to win a few.

What, if anything, does that say for a coach in his 8th year?

I knew Fenroy was never fast or big enough to make it to the nfl, but as a former team mate of his at SCC, I was hoping he would get a shot.

Didn't he just sign with the Lions? The Cajuns are returning everyone on their offensive line (best oline in the conference) and will have the most linebacker depth in the conference to go along with a talented group of running backs and a good defensive backfield.

Chris Masson, a quarterback with nice size (6'2 211) from Miami, Fl. I couldn't give you an honest scouting report on him though since I don't remember ever seeing him play.

If they can find some sort of defense they might have a chance. But without that, they are not in any contention for anything, except a national search for a new Head Football Coach.
