How many freakin times can a tool miss a guy's name? You know they have all that info handy and it's not like he wasn't a prized recruit.
THEN, the other guy would say something right after, using his name correctly and I felt like he was being discreet about helping his buddy out. I was wanting to hear him be more direct and say, "Peterson, it's Peterson you idiot."

Bob Davie saved that dude's career. If he wouldnt have corrected him, the other anchor would have been calling him Patterson all night

I'm sure the camera men were laughing..everytime he said Patterson they would zoom in on the name, like "look you moron its not Patterson"

That's by far one of ESPN's worst crews. By the middle of the 3rd quarter, I muted the sound and simply watched, and enjoyed, the game.

If I recall correctly, both buys said Patterson. They also butchered Cutrera's name a couple names (Cutera?!?!) this game was a total botch job as far as comentary. I've seen televised HS games called better than this one.

Reece David's update as Tolliver was scoring first TD was great production. I saw him running free on the screen in the background of the sportscenter studio.
And do we need to have a running scroll of scores throughout the entre game? I had SWAC scores memorized by the 2nd quarter. If people want to know, the Internet is handy for information I've heard.

good thing i had it on DVR... i had to replay that segment 4 times until i finally understood what just happened. They dropped the ball big time. Then tried to show the replay on sky cam. That shite looked like Tecmo Bowl. Really missed a good move by Terrance.

Lousy telecast....worse crew.
Ron Franklin is easiest the best play-by-play guy they have and you rarely see him anymore.
Mark Jones is the worst they have. My gawd, Pam Ward is better than him.
