Who has to work with an UGA fan today?!?

I got jumped on by the one UGA fan here today... and of course the Bammers where all on board with the, "Refs stole the game" train.

apparently NONE of that has anything to do with the outcome of the game!
I also pointed out that when they were given the SAME opportunity to score from the same circumstances they had twice the amount of time that we needed to get our TD... all to no avail. Just a bunch of this:

I am working with the one I went to the game with. He and all the other fans we were with that night are upset about the loss, but they are not stupid enough to blame the loss on the celebration call.
There are vocal idiots everywhere. Don't judge the whole Bulldog nation by them, any more than you want to be judged by the absolute morons that call themselves Tiger fans right here on the Rant.

I've got two at my radio station. They're pretty quiet as you might expect, but at least they aren't hanging on that "refs stole the game from us" bull. They're gonna be huge LSU fans this weekend though.

best part was when I brought up the "fumble" from Scott that they gave to UGA, and the response was that they didn't see they whole game... just the end!!

Are you speaking of the trolls or just the weak bladder type LSU fans?
I can understand the Ga fans dismay. That's a tuff loss to take at home and some will use any means to lessen the pain, but we all know they feel it. Sometimes it's just best to smile and walk away rather than pour salt on the wound. imo

One UGA fan. He simply stated if there could have been an "L" for both teams...they both deserved it. I can't totally disagree with him.

I work in a plant full of UGA fans in Athens, GA.
They accept the fact that they did not play well enough to win. They are all now pulling for the Tigers against Florida.

While that's certainly one way to deal with a tuff loss, throw out the "they didn't deserve to win either card", it falls far short of the truth.
After 60 mins of doing what it takes to win on the field, no one sitting at home or even in the stands gets to tell the winning players..."sorry, but you don't deserve the W"...at least not in my book.
