but i notice that he doesnt show an ounce of passion for the game.. if he had half the amount of passion that tebow has hed be decent... he looks as if he cant stand to play like a kid in jr high whose dad forces him to play a sport he dispises

talent doing what, picking his nose, or throwing pick 6s. heck he almost had two last night and had it been a better team, it would have been 2.

I think the problem is he has lost all confidence in himself and is afraid to just play the game. I feel bad for the kid. The play calling is hurting him to. With JL against La Tech LSU should have used the run to set up the pass and not visa versa.

One of those, he threw a good pass and it bounced off the receiver, how's that JL's fault? Also, he played smart last night, and didn't force the ball, if he didn't have anything, he threw it away.

Nice, rip on the kid for interceptions that didn't even occur.

Kinda reminds me of how Andruw Jones used to smile after he struck out when he was with the Braves.

It would piss me off so bad.

First of all, thats what the Rant is for.
Second, Im still hurting from last year.
Third, I feel for the kid, I really do, and its not his fault, but I speak the truth.

Jefferson disagrees with this statement, why do you continue to rail on Lee for almost. When you mention Jefferson do you talk about his almost INT's vs Washington, ULL, Vandy, Mississippi State, and Georgia????

Or is it something you just wish to use to continue to bash Lee?

To be honest, its not about Lee, I know hes out there trying his best.

I lay the blame at the head coach's feet, where the buck stops. True, almost isnt did but I had some serious flashbacks last night. You know I speak the truth. This isnt about calling Lee out, its about poor coaching against a team that had our number from the word Go.

Sure...hey, I like Lee...and I wish him all the success in the world. It just hasn't worked out all that well for him at LSU so far.

As far as Rummel goes - I'm glad the school is doing well, but Jay Roth has done some shitty things to the teams/players that were there before him.

This.

Playing afraid to make a mistake. Lost confidence. Prolly needs to transfer with Chris Garrett (from what I've heard anyway) and JJ running the show next year on. Lee should go somewhere else, play, and have fun. I can't imagine he's having any fun playing the game at LSU anymore.

I think if Jefferson plays last night the score is similar. Jefferson completes a high percentage of his passes but many of his completions are for short yardage. That is why you see 17/22 for 138 yards or something similar.

Lee while he was not the most accurate, and did not look prepared last night had 7 completions for 105 yards. So in about half the completions that Jefferson would have had he had similar yardage.

Lee is a good kid who would be better with a different coordinator. Crowton does not seem to know how to adjust his play calling/play book for the QB under center.
