He's definitely not the best. If anything he might be the worst. To be an OC with as much talent he has to work and score as little as we do. Quit blaming the defense for giving up points and start blaming crowton. No matter how good of shape you in your going to get tired and start cramping after playing 90% of the game. 3 and out 3 and out thats all crowton seems capable of doing.

At some point it must be recognized that if all of these different players don't know the playbook, formations, etc, there is one common denominator - the playbook and formations

Its clearly time for him to go. 106th after 11 weeks. Players who still don't know where to line up. Wasted TOs. Inconsistent play calling - at best, incompetent at worst.

yeah those rankings are dead on. they also say Patrick Peterson wouldnt start at Iowa, because hes ranked 20, and Iowa has CBs at 3 and 14.

so Miles hired Pelini, who had 2 top 5 defenses, more than saban ever did. then he bacame head coach at Nebraska. Miles fricked up with Mallory and Peveto, we all know it, he knew it, so he fixed it, and now Chavis has already topped all of Sabans years except 1.
on offense, Miles kept sabans boy Jimbo, who left to become HCIW at fla state. miles hires crowton, and LSU sets records for points, points per game, touchdowns, total yards, yards per game, rushing TDs, passing TDs, and just about every other record you can think of.
so, 2 of his 3 DC hires have been fantastic, and Ron Brooks was a home run as well, and his 1 OC hire broke every record we had. and this leads you to believe that "miles will find a way to frick it up". based on what, exactly?

using your own way of grading coaches and i agree we do have a good defencive cordinator, but our offence rated allmost last is bad and its not the players
