RECEIVERS AT LSU SILLY MISTAKES

Over the Miles era I've watched time and again as LSU covers an eligble receiver, then gets play nullified with lineman downfield. I just watched Evangel high school play and every time the receivers covered someone up, they quickly caught it and moved a receiver up or back to be eligible.WHY CAN'T COLLEGE RECEIVERS AT LSU DO THIS?

He means the boneheaded penalties in big spots. The leaping penalty on Early Doucet, the illegal formation by Early Doucet and the holding penality on Early Doucet...hmmm...maybe it was just Early Doucet....

This has been a noticeable trend under McCarthy, among other bad habits LSU receivers seemed to develop under his tutelage.

OMG!! The sky is falling!! Recievers making mistakes!!! How can that be??? I mean the people that post on this board NEVER make mistakes, so why should they tolerate 18/22 year old kids that do??

It was. The most glaring mistake by Doucet was forgetting to step off the line against Ark., thereby nullifying what would have been a clinching TD pass from Flynn to Hester as I recall. He did make a lot of great plays though.
