2006 Laron Landry / Trindon Holliday

2006 was Landry's senior year and Holliday's freshman year. I know Laron was/is fast, but I still find it hard to believe he's that close to Trindon.
At their combines LL ran a 4.35 and TH was not much faster depending on whose time you use. That's why I think the 4.22 or 4.27 is more likely Trindon's actual time than the 4.32 or 4.34.

They used a laser to time him today.

LL is not exactly playing like a Top 10 pick. If you double fake him he loses his jock. Seems all he want are killer hits but can not cover his shadow.

I would take LL over Trindon. Whouldn't you?

I would prefer to have neither on my NFL team. Trindon is spped only and limited in ability and size while LL is a complete waste due to lack of discipline as a DB.

The good thing about the slow track at Indy is that it normalizes the times for all the top guys that choose to run at the Combine. However, I would guess that Trindon will run in the very low 4.2s at the LSU Pro Day. He's said he was last clocked at 4.21 on campus.

40 times on the turf at Indianapolis are typically about half a tenth to a tenth (or more) seconds slower than guys run at their personal Pro Days which take place on their college campuses.
Probably one of the fastest tracks is at Ohio State where those guys routinely blow away their Combine numbers.

I'm assuming you mean 4.35. That was his official time.
