I would take that in a heartbeat for Tech. I've seen Northern Iowa play a couple times and they are tough but I think we can beat them.. I'm not too worried with Kansas State

I think Kansas State is actually going to be a pretty tough out. But they will be really tough to beat if they get to play in Kansas City.

im not being a dick here. i live in atlanta and watch tech all the time. ive seen UNI play twice and k-state play like 10 times.

i would pick tech to lose to UNI but have a shot and i would pick KSU to beat tech by double digits.

Yea I think the entire big 12 is being underrated.

Which 2 seed do you think Tech has the best chance against? I mean, frick, it's still going to be a 2 vs 7/10. Not like we're going to luck out and get LaTech in the 2nd round or something.

Of all the 2s I think GT has the best chance to beat KState because of Favors/Lawal/Peacock.

I'd definitely say Georgetown because of their inconsistency.

But I don't see Georgia Tech beating any of the 2s.

Their first round game should be fun to watch though.

Not sure they'll have a first round rematch.

in the bracket from this thread, it's georgetown easy. however, kstate is probably 2nd. tech's gonna have a TOUGH time no matter who they play.

They won't. I saw it after I posted it, but it would take a bit of time to move things around. But I wanted to have mine out before Joe Lunardi's and the actual bracket, so I decided not to change it.

Comparing Baylor and A&M, how do you justify one getting a 3 seed while the other gets a 6? They're almost identical teams. I think A&M has better OOC wins as well.

Baylor 7 RPI 13 SOS
A&M 13 RPI 6 SOS

I just think Baylor is better than A&M. And everyone is starting to love on Baylor. A%M might get a 5 instead of a 6, and Baylor may get a 4 instead of a 3. But Baylor definitely should be and will be higher than A&M.

I was 63/65. Which isn't good, but isn't bad considering how shitty the committee did.
