Their RPI is down to 23, awful slide, other teams emerging, I just can't see LSU being a host site anymore. What do y'all think?

unless they somehow win the rest, I don't see it.

No chance unless they get into and win the SEC tourney. That said... 20:1.

Zilch. Why would they even deserve to .... with their record, they will be lucky to get into the SEC Tourney, and even then, I doubt they last beyond the first game.

No, we just need to hang this season up and move on.

Hopefully they'll get put in the GA Tech regional as I'd like to catch a couple of their games.

Even with this rough patch I'd go out and watch them.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. I don't mean this as a flame thread, but a couple weeks ago fans were saying there's 0 chance they won't host. Shame to see that mega ballpark go to waste.

I don't think anyone expected us to be 12-15 in the SEC a few weeks ago either. The late season slide is something uncommon for us in recent years.

LSU's RPI dropped 11 spots this past week, but they're still going to make a regional so all hope isn't lost.

not gonna happen, unfortunately this team has picked a real bad time to tank it, no tourney or regional for us

Zero, it'd be very minimal if they even won out, as small a chance as that is.

If hell freezes over, we can still host. I would say SLU has a better chance to host than LSU, unless LSU were to beat everyone left on their schedule and in the SEC tourney 10-0 and pitch no hitters in every game.

They still have a shot to host, I emailed Baseball America just to see what they thought of it.

I was told they need to sweep this weekend and at least win 2 games in the SEC Tourney to host a regional, they also did tell me granted they wouldnt host as a #1 seed though, but since LSU has the name recognition that helps them and the WOW factor meaning the attendance to not get my hopes down cause they still might host.

Of course, I dont know rather to believe that or not but thats the response I got

I was being funny. SLU would have to go perfect and even then they would not host.
