yes, we all know about the Italian rule of never mixing the two. But, despite what those greasy haired north africans think the whole world does not abide by their rules. So, what are some dishes were seafood and cheese work well together?

i'll start:

1. classic Tuna Melt

2. Greek style prawns and feta:

Paul Prudhomme uses cheddar in his Stuffed Whole Flounder recipe...it's the best I've had.

All That Jazz at the dirty Verti when I am sh*t housed is fantastic. (It contains shrimp and cheese.) Could be the vodka, though.

Crawfish omlet, with leftover tails from the boil a day earlier, is great with cheese.

I had some at the Strawberry Festival last year and they were awesome! Cheese and seafood are my two favorite things...what better way to eat them then together?!
