La. Tech had 1/2 their starters missing from the game including 1/2 their secondary and we couldn't throw the ball at them.

Troy was just shocking until the comeback

MSU completely outplayed us as well.

That's like choosing whether you want your balls kicked, punched, or kneed. Either way it sucks.

This was thanks to JL. The more frustrating part about that game was the d-line getting pushed around like a bunch of little girls.

They were all painful, but we won them all. Now, Ole Miss 2009 is a different story.

they ran all up and down the field on us.

It was also Crowton's worst game. We're running the ball all over them, but then we'd throw 3 straight passes (to wide open receivers) and kill the drive. We won the game but were outplayed

Troy was one of the most memorable games I've been too given the circumstances. Being down by 4 TDs and looking across the stadium and seeing it less than half full..was just a painful feeling.

LA Tech last year was still more painful to watch

I didn't understand that as well. We were ripping off huge chunks of yards on every run, yet I think we we three and out on consecutive possessions because we decided to throw the ball.

though we won, it was still one of the most embarassing LSU games I've ever seen.

Troy. A team like that should not be the greatest comeback in LSU history...that is embarrassing to even let them get that many points ahead. Such a great thing overshadowed by such a bad team...

Troy is the only team that didn't dominate us though. MSU and La. Tech were probably the better teams on those days. Troy was 1 dimensional

...And they were completely dominating LSU in the first half. That is what makes it even more painful. At least MSU is a SEC team that was outplaying us. LA Tech never really had a lead on us, so while we weren't playing great, they weren't truly "dominating" us like Troy did. Troy was doing the same shite over and they got up by 4 TDs? That is just embarrassing.

Tech for me. MSU had the great plays by CJ and the comeback effort vs Troy was nice. There just wasn't anything positive to gleen from the Tech game other than the W. The lack of effort and preparation were obvious and pathetic to say the least. BTW in that game the receivers route running was equally as atrocious as JL's throwing.

I completely disagree. Lee overthrew 4-5 WIDE OPEN touchdowns. Tech's DB's couldn't stay within 5 yards

Playing like we did against La Tech is what gives me serious doubts about our coaching staff.
We need to see a great game against UNC both in planning and execution to erase Tech from my memory.

We have a much better coaching staff this year IMO. I don't think we have a great head coach, OC, or DC though.
