Does anybody have a good Paella recipe? Going to cook this on Sunday in honor of Spain's WC final.

look on food network website for the paella that Alton Brown did on Good Eats. Do you have a paella pan?

Thanks - no, i was hoping just to use a large pan. Is it absolutely necessary?

not really necessary, i think a large wok will work.
Definitely check out food network for the recipe. If you can find a throwdown with bobby flay episode that featured a world class paella cook and grab that recipe.
