First, I saw Harrison on a list of bust picks for this week.

This is from KFFL. Weekly rankings list Harrison as a weak play and predict Moreno to have a better week, albeit not by much. Problem is that Moreno is listed as a weak play, too.
It all looks weak. Cleveland may be in for a long game with Delhomme out. I'd go with Moreno.

Jerome Harrison, Cleveland Browns vs. Kansas City Chiefs
Fantasy value:Low-end No. 3
•The Chiefs held the San Diego Chargers' rushing attack in check Monday night. The Bolts totaled 104 rushing yards on 26 carries (4.0) and were held out of the end zone. The Chiefs also stripped prized rookie tailback Ryan Mathews, and San Diego's rushers combined for five catches for a laughable 10 yards on the night.
•The energetic Chiefs' defense will have the task of containing Harrison, who can go the distance with any touch. He is coming off a 10-touch game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, in which teammate Peyton Hillis received more touches prior to fumbling twice. The coaching staff is likely to split the carries evenly again, and Hillis' fumbling problem can be considered an isolated incident for now.
•Harrison should be considered a slightly better play in point-per-reception leagues. If how the Chiefs contained San Diego's running backs on that rainy Monday night is an accurate indication of the strides their defense has made under coordinator Romeo Crennel, Harrison could be in for a long day.
