What can I cook for the LSU game?

Been out of town for over a week. I've eaten everything imaginable and am tired of eating out. I'm ready to cook but I want something different and really kind of light. Any suggestions? For about six people. I might make a couple different soups.

Potato/Leek soup. Pasta with veggies and chicken, no sauce.

Both may work. I have been thinking about cooking Pho. Might make a good chowder as well.

Someone made me some posoli a few weeks ago. I'd never had it and it was delicious. Great for the cool weather. He used pork, but according to recipes I looked up, you could make a white one with chicken. The garnishes were avocado, cabbage, radish, cilantro, tortilla stips, sour cream and lime juice. I really enjoyed it.
White bean chili with chicken or a tortilla soup?
Individual chicken pot pies made with a white wine sauce, served in individual large ramikens with a puff pastry top.
Beef short ribs with red wine sauce.

Me too. This cold, rainy weather is begging for a gumbo. Plus, have some fresh turkey stock ready to go. Oh Yeah!!!
