In the UT game. He should have been fired post game.

Correct & Correct.

To be even more clear, there were 2 goal line plays called and after the first, Crowton was sending in 4 wide and that is when it went to hell.

Miles has never been a great manager of the clock, but confusion on offense got a lot worse after Crowton was hired.

and the play calls at the back end of the Ole Miss game. Despite the focus on the spike with no time left at the end of the game that game was lost a few crowton play calls before that.

Miles has mentioned before about personnel substitutions and how he hasnt been all that happy with them.

It has always pissed me off that this is not mentioned a lot more.

The fans have a) recognized this specific problem and b) demanded it be remedied because it is c) unsatisfactory.

Miles has not. So, Miles has not:

a) recognized this specific problem
b) demanded it be remedied; or
c) found this situation to be unsatisfactory.

I'll answer that. He is sometimes TOO patient with his assistants. Loyal...sometimes to a fault.
