Keurig "My K Cup"... anybody have one of these?

I have one, and use it regularly, but I either use beans and grind them, or as of right now, I'm using Dunkin' Donuts coffee, and I take it out of the bag, and put it in a separate container, so I don't know what grind it is.
I'm going to buy some Tim Horton's coffee from Amazon, and I don't know if fine grind or coarse grind is better. Any ideas?
tl;dr

I have one that I first used when I got my Keurig because i wanted to continue drinking my community coffee. I finally gave up and strictly use the cups. I really like coffee people-Donut shop. They even sell this flavor at wally wally wally world

We have it at work. The various pre-made French Roasts are OK, but it ain't Community. It is good when you have lots of folks who all want their separate flavors of coffee. We keep 6-8 flavors around.

This is what I use. Plus, I get my coffee shipped in from a roaster so it is always fresh (roasted 2 days before I get it) and never pre-ground. I always grind it right when I'm about to brew. Amazing Coffee!!!
If anyone is interested, read this thread and you'll learn all about it.

I have the "My K Cup" and I've tried to use it for both coffee and tea, but both have come out very weak. Both were also coarse ground, so maybe it was the grind?
As of now, I prefer using Cafe Mocha and Big Easy Bold K Cups.

I actually prefer the Folgers medium roast K cup. Thought I would prefer the Big Easy or Folgers Black Silk, but I guess my taste is changing. Haven't been able to get the Community in the little do-it-yourself cup to come out right, yet. I don't like the Donut Shop stuff, and haven't really tried much else. But it is convenient as hell and the taste is not all that bad. Wouldn't have bought the Keurig if it didn't pass the taste test.
I would imagine, though, a coarser ground would work better and leave less sediment in the bottom of the cup than a finely ground Expresso type grind, though. Maybe something about as coarse as coffee you would use for a French Press...maybe a tad finer.

If you buy the pre made K cups, I have 2 suggestions for you;
(1) Emmerils New Orleans Bold
(2) Paul Newman's Bold
