I haven't been in about 2 years because the service was so awful. The food is average at best. The beer and root beer are actually pretty good though.

The food was awesome 10 years ago when starting out - bad case of "franchising" and losing quality control.

The service has been atrocious from the very beginning. Food for the most part was average, but the Buffalo Chicken Pizza was pretty good.

I don't mind some of the food, but the service has always been mediocre and I don't know why. I think I've had decent service there once in the 3 or 4 times I've been.

Oh, wow. I absolutely love their food. Their mushroom-chicken is fantastic.

Family and I went a week or so ago, they forgot my wife's dish. Can't say I'll go back anytime soon. Place was packed though so someone is putting up with it.

I hear this from almost everyone I talk to about the place. I've had anywhere from mediocre to shite service the few times I went but I'll give them credit for my last visit, which was my first in about 2 years.
The service was really good. The food is what it is. I don't expect too much from them.

Agreed. It was one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. Terrible food and service was even worse.

I honestly have never had a problem there. I like the Grilled Chicken club sandwich and the fries. Once I got cold fries and told the waiter about them because I hate cold french fries.. and they brought me a huge basket of hot shoe string fries... they also have several tv's around so you can catch the game.. I'm ok with em.

I've never had a problem there, though only once did I not sit at the bar. Food was above average for a commercialized place. I like the beer, though I'm not hard to win over in that category.

This place is on my "Do not eat" list. Which is too bad, because the brewhouse concept certainly appeals to me.

I know this is way old, but I just wanted to say that my friends and I went last night. The service was great and the food was very good. I had the mozz and tomato salad. It was great.
Either they cleaned up their act or I got lucky, dunno.
