Reading through the threads on here, why are so many of you scared of Florida?

From a non-partial observer, this game won't even be close. 31-10 Tigers. Florida won't be able to move the ball to save their lives.

Some people worry for every game, even cupcake teams. To be fair though LSU fans have seen a shite ton of close games in the last decade, so we never know what to expect. Things are different this year though

It's the same people that think Alabama is better than us. Some LSU fans are just afraid to label us the best team in the country.

It's not fear, it's respect.
These guys have elite SEC speed and talent. They are wounded with their backs against the wall. Football is an emotional game and anything can happen.
By far this is the best defense we will have faced. Our offense is not dynamic. In fact, it's downright pedestrian.
Our D is superb, but give Demps or Rainey a missed tackle in space and it's "strike up the band."
I certainly think we win but I don't expect a blowout.

johnny u! i agree! since when did we surge ahead of florida in talent level?? this is fredrick -ucking florida! hello!! you know like last year!! how did we win? a blowout? this is the kind of bullshite mentality thats gonna kill us!! gdmt! a bunch of lsu fans going to this game thinking were playing some inferior team and wtf! were gonna have a half -ssed noise level when we need intensity from our fans to help out the team! its no secret the energy from our fans reaches down to the field! am i gonna see our players waving their arms up and down to try and get the crowd to wtf up! i hope not! cuz if i see that then ill know where in deep cocca!
