Craig James Doing His Best to Get Another HC Fired last night

I love the not so veiled 15-20 minute roasting of Neuheisel last night. James was the ring leader here. He thinks because he never came out and said "I think UCLA needs to fire RN" that he was somehow not calling for his firing. He roasted the guy's nuts for 20 minutes on the broadcast. extremely unprofessional hatchet job by ESPN last night.

Craig James is a megadouche, but in his defense Neuheisel is an awful coach that should be fired.

I actually thought James did the least of the three in the booth.

Craig was defending Neuheisel's knowledge of the game and coaching abilitiy. I thought he said that they just didn't have the players. But then he did say that is staggering that they can't bring in top talent at a place like UCLA and that Neuheisel should do a better job.

I agree that RN sucks and should be fired. There is no need for ESPN to basically barbeque the guy publicly the way they did. I believe ESPN selectively chooses who to go after and who they will not criticize. It was an unprofessional hatchet job. I was dissapointed in Davis and Palmer as well.

But NOT in his defense, it is not the TV commentator's job to do a hatchet job on the coach.

They have 3 top 15 recruiting classes on the roster right now.
Not surprising that Craig James was wrong about something though. He has turned it into an art form.
