Will we ever have a Heisman trophy winner under Miles?

Not that this is a bad thing at all so before people bitch just hear me out.
He likes RB by committee so they'll never have individual gaudy statistics and he doesn't make the QB ever win games on their own or throw the ball a lot to get big numbers.
Do you think if we had a Trent Richardson type that he'd get all the carries or would he still take drives off to rest them?

Does not matter to me. Would you rather have a Heisman winner or be 12-0 going to the sec championship then national championship?

Nope, Miles teams are so damn deep that we'll never have to rely on one player to be the difference in whether we win or lose.

A Cam Newton type quarterback or some defensive player miraculously gets it are the only two ways I see it happening.

Cam Newton would have won the Heisman trophy no matter where he went as long as it wasn't Vanderbilt. And I don't think that Miles would stick to the running back by committee philosophy if he had a stud like Adrian Peterson on the team. No coach can hold a thoroughbred down, not even Miles.

I think LSU has so many play makers that one person rarely stands out. TM7 is the closest thing to gaining national attention and holding it all year. He will be on the radar next year, but he will have to wow the media even more than he did this year. It would be nice, but I would be surprised if an LSU player got it.

Alabama just had their first.
Its an individual, not a team accomplishment, and we play in a conference that LOVES its defense.
The SEC cannibalizes itself in a lot of ways... both in offensive/individual stats, and in preventing undefeated seasons.
