Soccer Board Champions League (CL Groups Are Set! Europa Spots Available!)

(This is my 1000th post on TD.com, so I needed to make it special. If this idea has been done before, forgive me.)
A couple of months ago, the SEC Rant had a tournament to decide the best poster on the board. And, to kill some time between now and the real Champions League final, I suggest we have our own little tournament.
But it's got to have our own twist. 64-team knockout style? Leave that to the hardwood.
Here on the pitch (if I may be so un-American), we're going with group stages and a knockout stage, just like the real Champions League. We'll have head-to-head matchups in the group stage...most votes in the thread wins.
