What are some good ones? Starting to manage a few people in an office setting and want to make sure I have a successful approach.

I've haven't actually read this one, but I've read a number of the HBR's 10 Must Reads for other business arenas (this one's on the shelf... just haven't made it there yet....)



All of the others have been great, so I don't see why this one would be any different.

Gives you multiple perspectives, instead of one guy's opinion on leadership.
