If its swapping spots, it could be a future heavily protected pick. Could be a fairly minor player like Larry Sanders as mentioned on HR.

This plus wouldn't be huge on getting Jennings since he's a FA after next year and he's already talked about eyeing big market teams.

Which is exactly why the though of trading Jennings to move up a couple of spots may have crossed their minds.
If I'm Dell, I'm telling their GM that right now.
