*Pending completion of MIchael Bradley's transfer.
Our Giallorossi had a disappointing season that culminated in a 7th place finish.
Zdenek Zeman comes back to Rome to take our boys to the promised land. '
Projected Finish: 1st

I've got a sweet Roma scarf.

I'll be buying one of those super Chinese knockoffs.

On a side note, hopefully I'll get to see him at Fenway this summer...

Did Bradley sign with Roma?

I was planning on jumping on the bandwagon hours ago!

Latest update from Seltzer
So he's now rejected Monaco and fiorentina. Apparently inter have made a bid as well but it looks like he should be signing for Roma in the next few days.
ETA: where have all you frickers been? Me and wm72 have been on the bandwagon for weeks now! Ok, maybe a little longer than that for him

It turns out that Michael Bradley recently turned down an ambitious approach from Ligue 2 outfit Monaco (who have watched Mikey since they temporarily employed Freddy Adu) - but my suspicion of an offer from outside Serie A was only correct-ish, as it was missing a layer.

I've now been informed that the most recent competing bid for the US midfielder actually came from Fiorentina and that he has rejected both of these options. So... the two competitors have proven no match, leaving the Roma comfortably in the driver's seat. My birdie assures that the Bradley transfer is down to the final flourishes, only a day or two away from completion. This person also intimated that the Giallorossi coaching staff is dying to play with their soon-to-be new toy.

I wonder what factored into his decision to turn down offers by those clubs...what does he see in Roma? I like the move just wondering about his motives

Playing with Totti and DeRossi =

I've been told by other Inter fans on here that I should stop pulling for Inter because I'm a fan of Man U.
Might jump on this bandwagon.

Well Monaco is in ligue 2 in France so they never really had a chance. I'm guessing he just sees Roma as a better situation than fiorentina. Bigger club, bigger city, new rich American backed owners, expectations of regular playing time and they will be expected to compete for champions league places.
Mikey is a very smart guy, every move he's made up to this point in has career has been well thought out. The only Exception was the loan move at Villa, but he had just fallen out with mochengladbachs new manager and wanted to move on to a bigger club. Throw in Houlliers retardation and petrovs reemergence and those 4 months at Villa really were a waste. He goes to a club where he knows he can play regularly, improve, and then move to a higher level.

I was joking, mostly. I didn't know that it was a cardinal sin to root for United and Inter.
I'll be cheering for Baby Bradley, though.

I hope her starts putting forehead to chest in Italy. I hear they like that.

I have vacationed in Rome, so I support this. Logical thought is logical.

Ive never really liked inter because of the clubs fascist background and politicical leanings.
