Any of you guys have testicular torsion before?

I had it my junior year in High School. Luckily I didn't need any type of surgery. My doctor (who is my buddy's mom) knew what she was doing and untwisted them bad boys for me.
One of my pals thinks he might have it, and I'm trying to explain to him what it feels like. All I can remember is long nights and lots of icing my boys.

Yep. Went to the hospital and had scans and all sorts of shite done. Then they fondled me.

Multiple occasions. Firs time I was also a junior in HS and went to the hospital. Luckily they worked themselves out(which is sort of unusual) and then the doctor didn't do anything about it other than charge me( which is even more unusual giving the circumstances. Had it a couple times since then, one being debilitating, but they worked themselves out in the end. Havnt gone back to hospital after the first time but I've told myself the next time that happens I'm going.
It always worries me that there might have been permanent damage. If I were your buddy, I'd go see the doctor. I've been told that when it happened, after they get untangled it's not uncommon for a doctor to anchor the testicle to the scrotum, a very small and quick procedure I hear, so that it doesn't happen again.

Just imagine Blue Balls for hours and hours on end. And you can do nothing to fix it. Just have to let nature work itself out. Oh, and you cannot even touch them without every nerve in your body freaking the frick out.

When I was 14 went to gp, immediately told to get to hospital, they didn't know what was going on, an MRI an ultrasound later they still didn't know, finally surgery was left,
first time I pussied out of it, second time went in put under woke up couple of hours later to find ir wasn't cancer just twisted, one of the most tortured months I remember.
Tight Bruised and massive is how I'd describe
