If there's a walk in shower, make sure the inspector does a 24 hour flood test to make sure the shower pan isn't leaking. I learned about this the hard way.

I have 2 Rheem units, 10 yrs old. Downstairs needed a coil replaced luckily it was under warranty but the freon and labor weren't covered. Also it lost connectivity with the thermostat and my guy had to get Rheem techs involved etc. They finally told him to rewire the whole unit to a new thermostat (not using existing wiring) and it works, but it's not performing as well as in the past. It's been a rough ride tbh.
