...when she wears her Malcolm X shirt, helicopters try to land on her...
Agreed, quite a difference.
 I definitely understand and had the same thought process as you. Then I received 2 plumbing bids for $1,200+ each. I watched vids and did some research until I was comfortable. I changed the shower valve and even added a 2nd valve for a handheld and diverter. It took me about 20 mins total and I've never done it before. Plumbers make bank..
Speaking of electricity. I demo'd my shower also and it had electrical running through the walls behind it. Check it out before you start.

Seems high for fiberglass mold shower.
Honestly, you can do the whole thing yourself. Go watch some youtube videos and see what's involved. Then decide if you want to take it on or not. Even the valve in the wall is a simple replacement.

It's not all bad. There's no such this as reruns, and you wake up on your own home and meet new people every day.

Gotcha.
Various players do it throughout the game, outfielders as well.

Jim Carrey on the rescue team.....
Handful of people have suggested Hermes, at $300 per tie.
The OT never disappoints.....

Probably need to improve drainage so it's not soft, but let's wait for the experts to reply.
Neck Ties - where does the OT elite purchase from?

What's your go to store/site?

I have been needing a mattress for quite a while. Every time I decide to pull the trigger, I get overwhelmed with the amount of choices price ranges available and just give up.
Do they say what square footage 5k gets you? It's probably 750 s/f.....
So frustrating. If I watch LSU baseball series, I need to authenticate Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Insanity.
Who will have a better first season, CLK or tPear?

Obviously, they'll both win the Natty year 1, but who will have the more dominate team?

Not to derail the thread but...
After multiple miscarriages and having twins stillborn at 33 weeks, our reproductive endocrinologist suggested the surrogacy route to my wife and I. After a lot of thought and prayer we went that route. Our RE put us in touch with an agency that matched us with an amazing couple. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have our son or our daughter.
I will say it isn't for everyone. It is ridiculously expensive. You have to decide what relationship you want, if any, you want with the carrier after the birth. The contracts are super detailed and, if you become friends with the carrier, enforcing some of the what-ifs in the contract can get sticky.
I do wonder what our twins will be like when we get to Heaven with them

When reunited with your loved ones, is everyone adult age? Are you a kid when interacting with parents/ grandparents and a teenager when seeing friends?
Are your pets puppies or adult age?
