From what I understand the only town in Louisiana that have a Lenny's Sub Shop is Shreveport. I can't believe no one has brought this gold mine to southern Louisiana. It is easily the best fast food sandwich shop. Subway, Jersey Mike's, Jimmy Johns, Firehouse, Jason's Deli, McAllister's, and all other places don't come anywhere near the quality and and quantity that you can get at Lenny's.

When I go back to Alabama that is one of the first places I stop because I have withdrawals when going to long with out it. There isn't a single bad thing on the menu other than the tuna (because frick tuna) and the soy bean vegetarian crap.

Dat philly do'

Most of these pictures for restaurants are bullshite but many of my Lenny's sandwiches have actually looked like this

Alright, who wants to open one up with me?

Worked at the one in TTown when it opened. Place is pretty solid. That pepper relish is like crack too.

I literally saw someone try to buy the gallon from the store in Daphne once

What was your go-to sandwich?

Chicken Philly with cheese, onions, pickles, pepper relish, and honey mustard

I stole one

Started with the regular philly, then moved on to the chicken salad, then the meatball, then I would take some of the deli meats and throw them on the flat top and heat them up, throw some relish and cheese on top.

Agree. Looks meh. Now there's another Lenny's that I love and it's the chain of Lenny's deli in manhattan but that's another thread...

BO-RING. Lenny's is just so boring. Sure it's better than Subway, but who the hell eats at Subway in South Louisiana when we have so many great po-boy joints.

When properly made this was my favorite on the menu. I would add bacon too it. I'm surprised I've never had a heart attack

People who are too busy during the day to stop and get a better meal. People who financially cannot afford $15 lunches every day. Obviously a lot of people, there are Subways everywhere

How is stopping in a poboy joint any different than stopping in a sandwich shop?

The poboys I buy are along the same price as subway.
