His shot selection is horrible , jacks up 3s early in the shot clock instead of him taking 15 shots a game give AD ten more.

Also last night was horrible, Monty pulled our starters before Memphis did, second quarter our bench was getting owned and Monty did do shite, extend our starters minutes it win or go home.. A lineup of cole/Douglas/Cunningham/Anderson/ajinca ain't gonna do it

Anderson wasn't the only problem last night.

This team just can't cope with any kind of defensive pressure. They even kept Tyreke from getting to the basket at will like he normally can. I don't know if it was indecisiveness because Gasol was protecting the paint, or the guys guarding him were being physical, but Tyreke looked like he was running in sand out there.

seems like he chose go home. maybe he had a pulse on the team and just figured they really weren't going to win it so he may as well rest them?

You're probably right. Teams can keep him from scoring, but they can't usually keep him from trying.

I was more mad at Douglas taking up our bench guys points in garbage time. That was low rent stat padding right there.

These 2 things are related. Anderson isn't good enough, even fully healthy, to be a number 1 option. Running an offense through him is dumb. He can't create good looks on his own consistently and he isn't creating for teammates via his passing.

He needs to play with a guy who can create on his own and who can find him for open shots. His gravity does wonders for that type of player. With Evans starting, the all bench unit still doesn't have that guy. It will continue to have trouble generating consistent, good offense.

It completely boggles my mind that we haven't shortened our rotation with the playoffs on the line. That bench unit is getting destroyed since Ryno's return, and part of that is due to the other team not clearing the court of starters.

We aren't even in the playoffs yet...

Come to think of it, Monty throwing the same dookie at the wall in a 7 (likely 5) game series may be enough to put him back on the hot seat if we get completely embarrassed.

I like our bench depth but we do need another guy that can create his own shot to take pressure off.

Cole does OK but he's a bit too up and down.

Douglas is a solid defender but he's not great offensively

Ajinca can score but him+ryno is no bueno

Dante....no

shite I wouldn't be against trying EG on the bench and starting cole.

The bench actually had balance before Ryno's return and typically forced a shooter into the 3 role that wasn't a ball stopper while Cunningham/Davis played the 4.

Ryno is really trying hard to force himself to be the 6th man and control the second team offense. Any time he gets the ball 1 on 1, he shoots...most likely a fade away. I just wish he were better at it if he shot this much. He's just not the same shooter we had when we first got him.
