Quick and reliable place in BR to get my car checked out for damage?

Are there any decent places around Sherwood Forest that I can take it to and get an estimate within a few hours or so? I'm trying to get this done around my busy work schedule.

I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. He wasn't going very fast when he hit me but the bumper is a little loose. I would like to give him the option of paying me without getting insurance involved.
Or does that sound like a bad idea?

Not a bad idea, but be prepared for the possibility of getting insurance involved.
Bumper plastic or chrome? You want it fixed or just re-attached without repairing damaged bumper?
