Which was in response to my original post that said any business collecting over 10K HAS to report it. The word HAS does a lot of work toward implying that it is in fact a 10K threshold that requires reporting.

My guess is he was trying to get the son back into rehab (son was probably partying too hard at Conan's), they got in an arguement. RR told son if he didn't go he was cut off.
