They're always nicer to me than any other food place besides maybe Chick-fil-A. I even had the lady at the window call me by name when she went to hand me my card back the other day which has never happened to me at any drive-thru window before in my life. Maybe you caught them on a bad day, or maybe you're just a dick. Either way, Whataburger is the GOAT.

This is 100% completely accurate
I live in the birthplace of whataburger. We have tons of them and the service at all of them is great.
Baton Rouge = ghetto dumpster fire at every fast food place other than Cane's and Chick File
