Who remembers when Andolsek shoved Spielman at the coin toss

I was young but always remember that on the coin toss for the 87 game....Andolsek gone before his time..

I remember it well was there also. Then they were teamates at Detroit and became the best of friends. Spielman did the eulogy(spelling ?) at Eric 's funeral.

No. They did become great friends while teammates at Detroit. Spielman was asked to deliver the eulogy.

I REMEMBER IT WAS A 2 PM CBS GAME AND A GUY BEHIND ME IN THE SOUTH ENDZONE BLEW UP A HUGE BEACH BALL WITH HIS NICKNAME AND CBS WRITTEN ON IT! IT WAS HOT AND BRIGHT SUN.

The Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Detroit Lions at the time Eric was there, was a guy naamed Burt Hill. I was up in Dallas a couple years ago and a bunch of us went out to eat. Burt had some stories about Eric and Spielman. Just a note, Burt was the S&C Coach for Miami last year.
