-Brooks and Cameron is one hell of a CB pairing, and will anchor the back four for next 2 years at least.
-Bedoya and Zardes are absolute grinders, who may not have the best technical skills, but their work rate on both ends is phenomenal. Both guys are important when playing more talented sides
-Matt Besler cemented himself as the second choice LB behind Fabs, which means he may become the first choice LB
-Dempsey still has it, but Father Time is undefeated. He still may play a critical role in 2018, and be what Wondo was supposed to be in 2014
-Wood is probably the best CF we've had since McBride

-As the greatest British-American since George Washington, Roger Bennet said, Jurgen would rather sub on Landon Donovan than Darlington Nagbe

Clint Dempsey is a fricking legend. That's what we've learned. Or is it what we already knew?

Sadly, this is probably true.

If Jermaine Jones didn't act like an idiot, Nagbe might have gotten into the match.

i dont post on here a lot because i'm not a part of the "fire jurgen" clique. but i really could not understand why there was ever a "bench dempsey" crowd. he has shown time and time and time again that he is THE guy that relies on when it comes to finishing moves in front of goal. absolutely amazing performance last night, idgaf if he slacks on his defensive duties, england and a lot of other teams would kill to have a guy as great around the area as the one true god CLINT DEMPSEY
