Milwaukee polling station (downtown) is dead

Granted there's like 3 weeks of early voting here, but I remember in 2012 there was a line out of the door for Obama/Romney (75% AA voters). Today (although it's chilly out) there's no line.
Anecdotal to be sure and I'm sure Hillary has already banked a safe lead in early voting and will win WI, but if Trump WERE to be mounting some sort of shocking victory in Wisconsin this would have to be a part of the recipe.

Trump can win Wisconsin. In no poll has Hillary hit 50% there, and some of those polls don't even include the 3rd party options.

Wouldn't these downtown polling stations being flooded be indicative of good news for HRC.
Suburbs etc are where trump is favored urban areas is where HRC is favored

So you are saying there is no enthusiasm in that AA community for Clinton? That's great for Trump!
